TONY YOUSIF
EXECUTIVE MANAGING DIRECTOR
Tony Yousif joined SVN back in 2008 and currently serves as Managing Director and principal of SVN Senior Living Advisors. Tony also serves as Director of National Accounts for SVN Vanguard specializing in the management and sale of investment properties and acts as single point of contact for several institutions. Tony is also the Managing Director and principal in SVN Elevate, a commercial property management firm that manages assets nationwide.
Deedee Beckman
vice president & Controller
Deedee Beckman serves as Vice President & Controller for SVN Elevate, with oversight of the company's accounting and finance systems and activities. Prior to joining SVN Elevate, Ms. Beckman spent six years at Laramar Group, a privately held owner and manager of multi-family real estate. She served as a Senior Accounting Manager during which time she oversaw the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual property financial statements and overall accounting functions for assets totaling $715 million.

Amanda Coughenour is a Portfolio Manager for SVN Elevate. She brings over 20 years of dedicated commercial real estate experience in property management to her position. She sees the big picture, acts decisively, and focuses on creating an energized and collaborative environment.

Alice Harvey is a Portfolio Manager for SVN Elevate, an institutional-quality provider of asset management services for commercial real estate nationwide. Ms. Harvey brings more than 25 years of experience to this role, with expertise in real estate management operations, financial services, and ancillary services.

Kellie Lunsford is an Assistant Portfolio Manager for SVN Elevate, and an established asset management professional for commercial real estate nationwide. Ms. Lunsford has over 15 years’ experience working in real estate with expertise in customer service, property management operations and financial services.

Jocelyn Ervin serves as Accounting Manager for SVN Elevate where she is involved with the company’s commercial properties’ daily financial activities and monthly reporting. Prior to joining SVN Elevate, Ms. Ervin spent two years at Laramar Group, a privately held owner and manager of multi-family real estate. She served as an Accounting Manager during which time she oversaw the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual property financial statements.
